Well folks another awesome week of helping others to change their lives! My good friend Jason Merchant has significantly increased his results on his Insanity Fit test by doubling the amount that he started with prior on all but one exercise. For those of you that don't know it, Insanity is just that Freaking Crazy! This workout will make the toughest person cry. My Friend Jason is 5' 8" and 260 pounds when he started and in 60 days has lost 16 pounds but has lost almost 16 inches of fat. He now knows that he needs to adjust his diet a whole lot more but just from using Shakeology and doing these workouts has seriously increased his Cardio! Good Job Jason, now let's really buckle down and work on that diet :)!
Another amazing transformation has been my business partner Bonnie Vest she just turned 25 (well actually 65 she says she feels like 25) and has lost over 33 inches of total fat and 16 pounds. in 60 days. She has increased her mobility by so much and really has done such a great job. She started out being able to only do 1 mile on a stationary bike. Today she reported that she does 8 miles and wants to go even further LOL. All thanks to Shakeology and Body Gospel and well a little bit of support from her Coach and business partner ME! On top of that she has introduced Shakeology to her 83 year old Aunt and she has significantly improved her blood tests in a little more than one week. Fantastic!
I cannot tell you how great it is to be a Coach for Beach Body, I am now doubling my Cash flow from customers that they provide to me directly from the infomercials and I am now approaching my Goal of Diamond Coach by the end of November.
