My First Month in Review

Well this first month on "The Path" has been full of training. I went completely through the simplifiednetwork.com and then completed the training from our great team of coaches in the UFT (UltimateFitnessTeam.com). I can see how many people, just like me, could get bored and say " I know all of this already and I know what I'm doing". But the fact of the matter is as I was going through all of the training videos I pushed through and found out a few things that I had missed from the simplified network. I came up with new ideas and also had a clearer picture of what I could do to improve upon myself and my business. You see when it comes to knowledge always remember that your cup is never completely full. People you meet, conversations you hear, exposure to new methods create a better you and make your experience more rewarding as you go through life. If you continue to think that you have all the answers and never try anything new you will eventually hit a plateau and will never reach that "big hairy goal" you were going for. Accept that you need to learn from others and adapt that knowledge to your own style and you will continue to see the changes in your business and also in your life. Making you more prepared for what just might come.

This last month has given me a strong foundation in which to build upon. My workouts are going great and I really can see and feel the results I also have made more steps in the spiritual side of my life by joining an awesome Church called "The Place" here in Wickenburg. Wanting to help people has helped me gain the knowledge that cannot do this all on my own. I need guidance from a power much stronger than I am. I can take all the necessary steps but without help from God I will lose direction when things get tough and I am at the end of my rope so to speak. Everyone eventually hits that stumbling block and without support from somewhere we may just give up all together. I face this situation when I am making phone calls and everything seems to be going awesome and then, Nothing. I get a dose of doubt and lose a bit of confidence. But after a quick prayer and a bit of self analysis I have to come to the conclusion that I just need a bit of help from my more experienced teammates and learn from them. Experienced people are key to learning in any new job and this business venture is nothing different from that. I do have a sense of urgency of course, I believe everyone does, we all want to see the "seed bear fruit" well before it is probably ready. But if that is done we generally don't get more seed to have a bountiful harvest in  the future. You see greatness takes time, dedication, care and love for anything good to grow into a success. I look as to the 50 people I had contact with this month as being seeds that were planted and experience that I had gained from speaking with them. I had a chance to speak with people from all over the U.S. One conversation sticks out the most and really invigorated me. This conversation with VL helped me to see that I am not alone, There is someone out there just like me struggling the same way I am and together we can make a change. With the experience and training I now have I can help him to achieve what he may have thought was impossible much like I did one month ago. That's why we did not connect right away and why now the timing is just perfect, because now I am more prepared and ready to be a helpful teammate.  Everything happens for a reason folks, notice that, just being patient is what is needed and keep gaining knowledge along your journey, in the long run it will pay off tenfold.

Thank you all for following. See you on the "The Path"
