Walk the Walk

Everyone knows and has probably observed that person that has lots of great ideas but never attempts to put any of those ideas into motion. Luckily I have been able to pull myself out of that rut and start putting some plans in motion to achieving my goals.  I have now moved on and achieved Emerald status and soon will be receiving customers and new Coaches directly from Beach Body. This was not easy, I mean you would think finding two people who share the same interests as you do would be an easy thing to do right? Well for me it wasn't. It took me a bit over a month and 2 weeks to reach this goal and many times I just wanted to throw in the proverbial towel and go find another dead end job. Fortunately for me I have a great team leader that helps to keep me on track and also have a great group of people that keep me focused on what really matters. For me that means helping others achieve physical fitness. I have a great new Teammate named Bonnie Vest and she came to me for help with her weight loss problem and together have lost weight and gained a great friendship. After losing 19 inches in the last 3 weeks she has become an activist for weight loss and is fired up to continue making changes in herself and others. She has shared her results with all of her family and continues to do so on a daily basis. This will really help grow her own Team and together we are building quite a client base in our small town of 8500 people. This week we will be starting a weight loss competition that will bring us new customers as well as benefit the community as a whole because it inspires others to pursue their dreams and help others to do the same. I spoke earlier of how positive energy can spread, well it is spreading throughout our community and will continue to grow as we continue to find the people that are in dire need of our help. All of this comes from simply getting out in the trenches so to speak and meeting people. Unfortunately with all these great devices we have now days people have lost the ability and confidence to have face to face conversations. Heck in some neighborhoods most people have no clue who it is that lives next door much less 3 houses down from them. It's time to walk the walk and bring this community together in health and fitness. It may have started with only 2 but will end with hundreds of thousands.

Thanks for reading and God Bless
